The original outboard was replaced with two 2007 Honda 150HP BF150A four stroke outboards. This allowed the boat to plane faster, and with more gear aboard. This improved upon this boat's ability to cross river bars into the open ocean and provides a degree of safety offshore through redundancy.
The boat is wired with two 12V automotive lead-acid batteries which can be combined or isolated with a rotary battery switch.

The swim platform provides access to the cockpit through a hinged transom door and features a pressurized freshwater shower.
The cockpit features an open area astern of the helm station and the seat aft of the helm station can be folded down to provide more open deck space.
The helm console is centered in the vessel and is protected from the weather by a T-Top covered with canvas.
The inside of the center console contains a vacuflush head, access to batteries and wiring, and is a large enclosed dry space that would be useful for storing larger items.
The foredeck contains more upholstered seating -- wraparound upholstered seating area is positioned in the bow. Underneath the wraparound seating are two 180 quart lockers with overboard drains for storing fish or gear. An additional storage locker is located under the foredeck.
Many features make this boat ideal for fishing: 4 rod holders built into the top of the gunwales, 6 rocket launchers on the T-Top, 4 rocket launchers on the transom, and 2 more aft of the helm seat, storage for 6 rods built into the hull sides, 2 down rigger pads with Cannon downriggers, full navigational electronics, fish holds, and a 116 quart bait well on the transom.

Powered by twin Honda 150 four strokes (910 hrs, 2007 model year). This boat features two Raymarine MFDs, VHF, radar, down riggers, a head with holding tank, and a tandem axle trailer.
I like a boat with a deck layout that allows me to be outside and experience my surroundings and the natural elements. This boat checks that box. The center console provides shelter from wind and sun while underway -- but still provides the true 360 degree visibility that only an open layout can provide. The center console design also allows the helmsman / skipper to be in the center of the action and engaged in fishing, rather than stuck in a pilothouse.
A fold-down bench in the cockpit provide seating while underway and allows the deck to be opened up when its time for fishing. You might not expect a boat of this size and layout to have a head compartment with a vacuflush toilet and a holding tank, but this one does! This is key to getting the whole family out on the water.
Configured with twin Honda 150s, this boat has plenty of power and redundancy and is ready to take you offshore!
