Broker's Comments
This yacht was photographed by my colleague Alan West, and Alan writes:
“Westerly’s second most popular model (after the smaller Centaur) still has a large and loyal fan-base. When I first started sailing, rather more than a few years ago, the Westerly Konsort was pretty much the boat I aspired to own. I recall being impressed by how solid and reassuring a boat less than 30’ long could be, and how roomy and comfortable it seemed below decks. Outside, the decks are wide and the boat feels weighty and solid underfoot. Inside there are comfortable bunks and a good split between accommodation and storage. The interior is in good order. Overall she is in good condition for her age, and appears to be in good order, with a comprehensive inventory.”
She has just been fully treated for osmosis (October 2014) by a professional yard, and is now afloat and ready to view.
