Broker's Comments
You know those boats, where most of the remaining ones are a bit long in the tooth and probably not much to look at, but then you go on board and find that she's been really well looked-after, smells sweet, looks in pretty good shape and the interior is a really nice place to be? Well this is one of those!
The owner has treated this lady well - she has been lovingly cleaned and looked after. Consequently, I'm sure you'll find her a delightful place to spend long weekends or more and you'll be proud to be seen sailing her!
Dehumidified throughout, the usual Centaur keel root strengthening has been done and the cockpit tent really adds to the accommodation space - well worth a look for a solid weekender.
Very recent sails and roller reefing systems, fore and aft.
