Broker's Comments
These popular centre cockpit cruisers have a reputation as a good sea boat and an ideal family cruiser. She has an aft double cabin accessed from the cockpit. The large saloon area with galley and nav station sleeps 3 and there is a good sized double fore cabin. The boat benefits from a full cockpit tent giving extra outdoor space in inclement weather. There is also a detachable Helmsman Seat which can be seen in the pictures. The standing rigging was replaced in 2008 but has been very lightly used. The 2018 survey is available if you drop me an email.
This is a really lovely example that has been well cared for and maintained by the present owners who bought her in France and predominantly sailed her around Northern France before bringing her back to the UK. She has a full history and is Vat paid etc.
The boat has hardly been sailed in the last 10 years but generally comes out of the water every winter until spring. This time she came out of the water in late 2019 and stayed out. She was anti fouled in June ready for the water again.
Please note: The boat has just been re-listed as it turns out the purchaser did not have all the funds in place!
