As you can see from the photos, this example of the much-respected David Thomas cruiser-racer has been heavily used, and will need quite a bit of work to bring her up to standard. She's priced accordingly, and the owner would be willing to consider robust offers from potential buyers who are realistic about what they are, and are not, going to get for their money. Suitable for a practical owner who wants a Sigma 33 and is prepared to undertake quite a bit of work.
