The electrical system has been upgraded with very neatly arranged wiring. Two large-capacity 24 volt batteries and one twelve volt. An inverter supplies 110 AC.
The engine is low hours following an in-frame rebuild. It starts immediately without white smoke and runs well.
The fuel system has been redone with all components laid out in a very professional fashion and easily accessible using 3 Racor 500 filters.

This is a well-built and apparently sound wood hull by a Tacoma Washington builder well known for sturdy fishing vessels. It appears to be in very good condition with good maintenance and useful improvements by the current owner who is a licensed captain and instructor at a captain's licence school. The hull was built with yellow cedar and the fames are 1 & 1/2 x 2" on 10" centers.

This is an outstanding example of a classic Ed Monk design Northwest cruising boat. It is well built by a Tacoma boat yard known for sturdy fishing vessels, and appears to be in excellent condition, supported by a recent survey, with several systems upgrades by the experienced current owner. The design is very beamy for good stability with a roomy and open interior and a very large, covered cockpit. There is also a very large upper deck area with flying bridge controls and a 12' dinghy on standard davits with electric winch. The radar mast can be lowered for increased airdraft. The boat was completely rewired in 2006 with 12v, 24v, and 110v systems. It was hauled out and the bottom painted in 2009. The radar is a Raymarine 2kva and the auto pilot can be operated form the bridge as well as the helm.
The single diesel engine provides economical cruising. The current owner has made useful upgrades to the electrical and fuel systems resulting in very professional and easily maintained installations.
