Built in 1993 by Alvechurch Narrowboats, this lovely liveaboard option has been extensively refurbished by the current owners and with its residential mooring at Limehouse will be highly sought after.
The boat is being sold with a Class 1 Residential mooring at this desirable location. Mooring fees are £10,196 p.a. and a 5% transfer fee will be payable to marina management.
