Broker's Comments
This 55ft Cruiser stern was built by the well respected Brayzel Boats and the present owners are the second owners, having owned her for 10 years as a live aboard. They are now moving back onto land. The mooring is available to the new owners if they wish, subject to a transfer fee.
From the stern you come down into the good sized galley with plenty of storage space, full size cooker, fridge and a separate freezer. There is also a small hanging wardrobe as you come down the steps on the port side with a small radiator installed. Moving into the saloon area you have a built-in corner bench seating area with a dining table top which also drops down to make up a second double bed. There is also a large radiator and in the main saloon there is a good size settee, TV and wood burning stove.
Through the privacy door you come to the bathroom with full size shower, cassette toilet, small radiator and a built-in vanity unit with basin.
Next is the large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes (again with a small radiator fitted inside), a double bed that partly folds away to give extra space and a large radiator. The doors then lead out into the cratch and more storage.
