Broker's Comments
A narrowboat for sale in France. This well known and very pretty BONIKOWSKI cruiser stern narrow boat for sale.
After 24 years in the Midi, this 7 couple syndicate boat is now for sale and will make a great base for a comfortable compact cruising home or "pied-à-terre in France.
An efficient vessel to discover the canal du Midi, with all the essentials on board and enough room on either the aft deck or the foredeck to enjoy the famous sunny weather in south of France.
Some TLC is needed to bring this vessel back to a cosy home, some water ingress from the bilge (now repaired) has damaged the interior flooring and the walls.
This vessel could be a renovation project for a person who likes the traditional narrowboat way of life and traditional French lifestyle. I appreciated the multi fuel stove, a must on a narrowboat, and the hull stern shape makes this a very pretty and unusual vessel.
