Broker's Comments
Here we have a 42ft narrowboat with a good beam, good cooker and sink, and a superb air cooled Lister 2 cyl engine which sounds amazing. The batteries are good and the charging system works fine and the boat is very dry. Now the good bits are over lets get to the nitty gritty. It looks better on the photo's than in real life, It needs a refit, no way round this, it just does, it needs painting, light purple is not my thing! It needs new doors at the front well, all in all treat this as a project, but at the price for 42 ft of boat with good mechanics it has hope! She was last out of the water in 2008 when she was tar varnished and new anodes were fitted.
