Shown as a project this is an attractive little boat with a nice rounded shape to the coachroof and which was blacked and anoded last year.
Some work has been done inside and although there is more to do as can be seen she is in commission and usable as she is.
Being a smallish narrow boat she should not represent too daunting a task to bring her back into a good state of condition.
The marina mooring which she enjoys is transferable subject to consent of the marina operator.
