Broker's Comments
Boatshed Dartmouth are pleased to offer for sale a Moody 419. The yacht is MCA coded Category 2 for 10 persons up until 16th June 2013. The owner is selling her fully equipped (except the liferaft) which means pretty much everything apart from personal effects onboard is included in the price. This includes safety gear, cutlery, numerous engine spares and much more besides – all in all representing a huge saving. The 419 was a direct replacement for the 41 and was introduced in 1984, production running until 1986 by which time 60 boats had been built. The layout is very good indeed with plenty of space throughout the boat. The cockpit seating has recently been replaced and other regular maintenance tasks carried out. If you are looking for a good sized blue water cruiser ‘ready to go’ then this is the boat for you. Alternatively she is a ready made business and could be chartered out 'right away'.
