Broker's Comments
The Mirage 2700 is a sturdy bilge keeler with 6 foot head room and a deep cockpit.
The boat benefits from a well maintained engine and relatively modern navigational aids. There is a tiller assist style auto pilot and stack-pack with lazy jacks, all contributing to a simple and safe set-up.
Sails and running rigging are in a used but usable state. The topside and deck appear in a good state of repair.
The galley has a newly installed cooker/oven unit and plenty of storage space.
A practical, sub 30 footer, capable of drying and ideally set for simple, enjoyable coastal cruising.
