Broker's Comments
A great starter Boat for a family or crew. Known as a solid good performer these Yachts are also very spacious below for her size.
Her hull survey in July 2018 states:
"The Mirage 2700 designed by David Feltham for Thames Marine was a pace making
cruiser for her day demonstrating a sufficient turn of speed and capable of some
extended passage making.
Many examples were built by Thames Marie Ltd of Canvey Island, Essex during the
late 1970’s through to the early 1990’s. They were laminated to a robust
construction standard using quality materials that in the right ownership have stood
the test of time.
‘Reality’ a reported later 1990 model example has been in longer-term ownership
for some 8 years now. Her hull appears as inspected externally to be a sound
example for its age and worthy of a continued serviceable future if managed
accordingly."
