Broker's Comments
In her day the Mirage 2700 was considered to be a spacious and well behaved fast family cruiser and is a development of the well regarded Leisure 27SL. Whilst she is a roomy, sound and capable vessel, with the ability to take the ground and more than capable of cross channnel passagemaking, she will also give her owner some reasonable club racing. Well equipped but would benefit from some soapy water on deck and covers (TLC) and perhaps an upgrade of some of her instrumentation.
