Broker's Comments
In her day the Mirage 2700 was considered to be a spacious and well behaved fast family cruiser and is a development of the well regarded Leisure 27SL. Whilst she is a roomy, sound and capable vessel, with the ability to take the ground and more than capable of cross channnel passagemaking, she will also give her owner some reasonable club racing. With a quite reasonable inventory for local sailing this boat appears to be in fair condition for her age and benefits from recent mast, rigging and sails as well as a two year old survey. Some fresh deck paint in and around her cockpit would add immeasurably to her looks but in all respects she appears ready to go!
