Broker's Comments
Extensively re fitted by the previous owners between 2006 and 2009 including: New engine, new generator, new through hull fittings, rewiring, new electrical panel, new bilge pumps, new water heater, new radar , plotter, VHF, SSB & GPS, New battery charger, new inverter, new autopilot, new standing rigging, new head sail furling, a "leisurefurl" in boom furling system, new mainsail and a new electric halyard winch. Unfortunately due to a change of circumstances they were unable to make use of her and she remained unused until being moved to her present location, where another refit and some remedial work due to lack of use was completed, we sold her to her current owner about 5 years ago. Unfortunately due to unexpected health problems the current owner has not been able to use her either, but has:
Rebuilt Main cabin air-con.
Rebuilt master cabin air-con.
Fitted new Freezer compressor.
Fitted new fridge compressor.
New 33kg anchor.
New 'Rolly Tasker' self tacking headsail.
Re stitched with Sun Shade Protection.
New Sea Cocks X 2
New VHF Radio.
New rubber seals on all windows.
New Perspex windows.
New Water and drainage pipes.
New Circlips where needed.
New master cabin mattress
Re varnished where needed.
Generator serviced and repainted.
New Standing Rigging by Rolly Tasker.
New LED Nav lights on mast head.
New LED deck flood lights.
New EPIRB.
New Raymarine Auto Pilot
Re varnish and repaired cockpit table.
She would benefit from having the deck and cockpit re painted ( a contractor at the marina gave an off the cuff figure of 5,000 US$ to have this done ) and the 'leisurefurl' motor has gone missing from the mainsail furling system.
With very little to do and very realistically priced, she has a fantastic layout for two couples and would make a very comfortable cruising home.

Note: Due to Covid issues the majority of the pictures are from when we listed her around 5 years ago, but she is in better condition now than she was then.
