Broker's Comments
The LM27, designed and built in Denmark has long been considered probably the world’s most successful small wheelhouse sailing cruiser, with over 1,500 built since her introduction in 1975.
Her sailing performance is said to be remarkable considering her robust construction and with a decent sized engine this really is a boat that will get you there (and home again) regardless of what nature deals you
Down below she can only be described as a Tardis. Not only is she light and spacious but also extremely well thought out, everything either has a dual purpose or folds/slides away when not in use. The are vast amounts of usable storage and all of it accessible
This particular boat has been well cared for, stored ashore each winter and has had her standing rigging replaced in 2012 and a new main in 2013. She is well equipped and down below was found dry and fresh. Her cockpit, companionway, galley and helm area were all revarnished spring 2020 and she has a new cockpit enclosure keeping her dry
If you are looking for a family cruising boat or even a liveaboard do not be fooled or put off by her overall length. This is one big little boat!
