I couldn't believe this boat was 16 years old when I stepped on board - she appears to be in fantastic condition. She has been owned by her second owner since 2001 and they have done a wonderful job caring for her. She has an amazing amount of space within 35ft and would be ideal for long or short passages. With recently renewed standing rigging the only thing you may want to do with her is upgrade navigational equipment.
