This is a unique opportunity to purchase a very nearly completed Florida style two storey house boat. The house boat was built in 2011 by a local boat builder who due to other work commitments has decided to sell the vessel prior to full completion. All that is required is a little bit of cosmetic work and one or two additions such as a black water waste tank.
With a beam of 3.6 metres this is definately not a narrow boat, and its' second storey sleeping area gives the vessel comfortable, spacious accommodation, that would make it an ideal live aboard.
