Broker's Comments
The Cutlass 27 was designed by Eric White of Marcon and Alan Hill, one of the pioneers of GRP yacht design. This lovely example of this well known modern classic was one of the last to leave the Marcon factory.
Reviews have stated that they are reasonably quick, light on the helm and easy to handle, with good seakeeping qualities. Equally suited to cruising local waters or extended offshore passages. This version has been previously sailed to Holland and Norway.
The current owner had the interior of the boat professionally refitted in 1999 and has upgraded the electrics, standing rig, sails, rudder and a recent professional engine rebuild. The refit also included a new anchor locker, to increase interior space.
There is also a Yard trolley available for separate negotiation.
