This Contessa 28 is really well presented. She has just had her antfouling carried out and new anodes fitted. The deck is uncluttered and the cockpit has been refurbished with Treadmaster teak finish to the seating. All lines have been led aft with new clutches fitted for single handed sailors. 4 winches have been rechromed and the stern gland has been recently repacked. There is a favourable survey from 2012 and all the recommendations have been carried out.

These boat details are subject to contract.
A Contessa 28 is a very good sailing yacht and will appeal to both seasoned and those new to sailing as well. The deck is uncluttered and easy to move around, the cockpit a good size with deep combings making it a secure environment. The current owner has really spent a lot of time improving this vessel. She looks smart, has just had her anti-fouling and anodes changed, a new prop,Lines led aft with clutches for single handed sailing and her cockpit refurbished as you will see from the photographs and the video. A great package ready to go and a favourable survey from 2012! Video will soon follow.
