Broker's Comments
This vessel is a classic Colvic Sailor 31. The current owner has only owned the vessel for approximately 18 months but is finding her a little difficult to handle on her own and is looking for something smaller.
The owner informs us that her hull was Copper Coated in 2015 along with the replacement of her water tanks and forward hatch in 2018. The cooker was also replaced in 2016.
In my opinion this vessel would make a very nice liveaboard boat and is also well kitted out for coastal cruising. She has a very safe and deep cockpit and bags of space with great visibility from the wheelhouse.
She comes from the thoroughbred Colvic stable and is very well kitted out with navigation equipment.
