Broker's Comments
Catalacs are much sought-after, and tidy ones are scarce. This one appears to be in good order, and has accrued several benefits in the current and previous owners' custodianship, notably in-mast reefing and a brand new Yamaha four-stroke 9.9HP engine that has run for a total of about an hour at most. She was surveyed in 2012. The surveyor described her as being "a strong, sturdy and very well kept example". Only now available as the owner is retiring from sailing.
