Approaching the boat, I notice that the hull and deck appear to be in excellent condition. There is no evidence of gel coat cracking, the rails are sturdy, the non-skid is in good condition. The front windows do not show evidence of cracking and seem well seated. The large windows to port and starboard in the main cabin allow a tremendous amount of interior light. The forward windows have sliders for ventilation and there is no evidence of any of the windows leaking upon my inspection.
The cockpit is approximately eight feet (8’) and full width allowing plenty of room for entertaining or the avid angler or crabber. There are two hatches for access to the engine compartment that also includes sanitation tanks, hot water tank, batteries, and storage.
Entering the boat’s main cabin, a Newport by Dickinson propane heater has been thoughtfully installed in the aft starboard corner.
The galley is to starboard as well: a three-burner Magic Chef propane stove and oven, sink with storage drawers and cabinet below and a Vitrifrigo refrigerator complete the galley.
There is carpet throughout the main cabin with vinyl flooring in the head compartment.
Forward of the galley is the main helm station with a single, folding helm chair, electrical panel, and navigation equipment. The view from the helm seat is excellent.
To port in the main cabin is the head compartment with a manual freshwater flush toilet, sink, a shower wand with separate faucet (a nice setup for a small space!). Forward is the facing settee and table for approximately four people, which may convert to a potential double, or a comfortable single berth. The full width v-berth is forward. The upholstery throughout appears to be in very good condition; the interior feels comfortable and I can imagine it would be easy to enjoy many adventures Summer, Spring or Fall!

Broker's Comments
Tolly 26's are known for being handsome with rugged construction and stability as main features. This boat is no exception. For a smaller model boat, the 10 foot beam and large windows give the interior a definite sense of volume.
Tollycraft 26’s have a deep modified V-hull, wide side decks and a pronounced flared foredeck with sturdy railings and a high freeboard which all contribute to keeping the boat and the cockpit dry in rougher water.
This boat has a newer (1999) engine. The current owner purchased her in 2023: all fluids, impeller replaced, belts and hoses checked, water temperature sensor changed, new bottom paint and zincs replaced. The bottom was inspected and zincs replaced, March 2024.
The windows in the main cabin are well-sealed; no areas of water intrusion were sighted. She has a Newport by Dickinson propane heater, her interior upholstery, carpet and curtains are in very good condition; she doesn’t have a musty smell and has been updated nicely. She seems very comfortable, and ready for new adventures!
