An idyllic looking houseboat conversion. This is a marina repossession and all info is pulled together via site of a 2007 survey left onboard, location of survey was Cornwall. PLEASE CHECK ALL INFO YOURSELF.

She will require attention and a very good clean!

Eberspacher heating fitted unknown if working believed to have been repaired in 2020.

It is suggested there is a holding tank for the heads located in the engine room.
