Broker's Comments
Originally commissioned as an events space, this vessel has an unusually large saloon, which was used to host parties, yoga classes and life-drawing sessions.
The galley was used to cater for the numerous events and features a large amount of storage, a wine fridge and range-style cooker.
The boat is fitted with a water filtration system, meaning you will never run out of water, as it can be taken directly from the canal.
The large skylight floods the main saloon with natural light, with the unique 'tap' lights and flush mounted ceiling lights providing the artificial illumination.
The large bathroom has an electric flushing loo, and a large shower cubicle. There is also a separate second toilet.
The main cabin at the bow, has a full sized double, with access to the well deck. Access to the coachroof is very easy with the steps up from the steering deck.
As the boat is relatively new, she has not been out of the water since first commissioned in 2020.
