Broker's Comments
We sold this yacht to the current owner (second owner from new) 5 years ago. At the time it had a very low hours engine was in excellent condition. This has not changed. It currently has 750 hours on a professionally maintained engine and is still in excellent condition.
The current owner has made substantial improvements as he planned for a circumnavigation which has had to be postponed because of his wife's ill health. He installed a wind generator, solar panels, diesel generator, water maker and an AIS transponder. The boat is ready to go ocean cruising.
The two cabin layout makes for a very comfortable and spacious layout for long term lifeaboard comfort.
We strongly recommend a viewing if you are looking to do some serious and fast sailing.
