Broker's Comments
The First 35 was a successful cruiser racer of her generation, today she makes for a capable cruiser with the ability to not disgrace herself at the yacht club regatta. She has a large cockpit and acres of deck space.
The accomodation comprises of 2 large double berth cabins, a good sized galley located to port with a full size chart table opposite. There is ample sitting for all the crew around the saloon table with single settee berths plus a pilot berth. Forward the heads are to port with a hanging locker opposite and in the forward cabin there is another large double. She also has creature comforts such as an eberspascher heater and also air conditioning, which may need a service.
There is also a comprehensive range of navigation equipment.
This vessel has been in the same ownership for over a decade and has been looked after by a capable owner. She needs a good clean and polish and would benefit from having some varnishing internally but she represents good value for money at the price advertised.
