Broker's Comments
Here is a lovely example of this spacious Bavaria 31 cruiser. All lines lead back to the large safe cockpit which has a removable step through transom and boarding ladder. In-mast furling main and a furling head sail aid deck work.
Downstairs she feels like a much larger boat with plenty of light with full height standing in the saloon and forward cabin. She has good size double cabin forward with plenty of storage. The large saloon will easily accommodate 6 around the central table. Seating either side convert to good size singles. The galley is well appointed with oven and double burner stove, fridge, sink and plenty of storage. The heads is also a good size with shower and wet locker.
The aft cabin is a large double and extends under the cockpit seats and again has good storage. There is evidence of some damp and this is being investigated.
She is well maintained and does not look like a 20 year old boat. Maintenance is made easier by the Bavaria design which allows easy access to all the important stuff such as engine, wiring, steering, water heater and so on. There is even a completely new unused sprayhood and cockpit tent spare.
She is currently kept ashore and ready for viewing.
